A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

you’re getting.
Do workers need an account?
The current worker portal uses private access links without individual worker sign-ins. Managers sign in with their own email and password. Anyone holding a worker link can use its permitted access, and worker-entered names are unverified.
Do we have to use QR codes?
No. Workers can open a direct assignment email or save their company portal as a shortcut on their phone. QR codes are useful for reaching the portal at a vehicle, asset or posted sign.
Can we organize work by site?
Yes. Organize records under a site or work zone, or use Company-wide / General for work that applies to the whole company. The manager overview can filter by site.
Can we download our records?
Managers can export company records with submitted results and history. The export is a records copy; it is separate from a complete system backup.
Does this make us OSHA compliant?
Guardian Safety is organizational software, not OSHA, an inspection authority or a compliance certification. Your organization remains responsible for required inspections, training, reporting, recordkeeping and applicable regulations.
